How do I register an account on My Adz South Africa?

Registering on My Adz South Africa is easy. To get stared you’ll need an email address and at least one contact telephone number.

You’ll also be asked to create a unique password to keep your account safe. Make sure its memorable and not on you’ve ever used on any other website before.

My email address has changed. How do I update this on my current account?

Once an account is created with an email address, it cannot be changed. You will have to contact My Adz South Africa to make necessary changes. Please contact us here.

I have forgotten my password, how do I access my account?

From the top right of My Adz South Africa website, click on your account icon/gravatar. Thereafter go to My Profile. 

How can I manage my personal information?

You can access and manage your personal information in My Adz South Africa. Here you will have access to:

• Billing Details

How can I delete my account and personal information?

To submit a request to permanently delete your My Adz South Africa account and personal information, contact us here.

Once your account has been deleted, it will no longer be accessible and cannot be restored.
